ABOUT ME
Hi. I’m Marguerite Pigeon, the principal at Carrier Communications. My life is all about writing.
I bring precision, passion, and efficiency to every
document that crosses my desk.
My
training as a journalist, combined with my MFA in creative writing
(UBC), position me to assist with a wide variety of projects. I also
write my own books of poetry and fiction, so I understand first-hand how
tough it is to write well.
Outside
of work, I am an intrepid walker and recent devotee of synchronized
swimming. Originally from Blind River, in Northern Ontario, I live with
my family in Strathcona, one of Vancouver’s oldest settler
neighbourhoods.
I recognize that this land has a much
longer history and has always belonged to the Musqueam, Squamish, and
Tsleil-Waututh peoples. I am grateful to live and work here.
